American Horseshoe is an original TV series in development from author/screenwriter Ernie Mannix. It is inspired by and based upon a true story. This episode gives you a peek into a world of underground casinos in posh NYC neighborhoods and the guy who ran them before opening the first casino in the fallen Soviet Union in 1991.
